UM Birmingham and Network Rail have enjoyed further award success after their ‘You vs. Train’ campaign took home the Best CSR Campaign award at the 2020 Just.Marketing Awards.
The awards are run by the PRCA, the world’s largest PR professional body, and aim to ‘reflect the outstanding work across the marketing industry’. The campaign was also shortlisted in the Best Use of Influencers in a Campaign category.
‘You vs. Train’ was put together in collaboration with our creative agency partner, Storycatchers, and aimed to convince rebellious rule breakers to play by the safety rules of the railway, or suffer some horrendous consequences.
This award is the latest recognition for the campaign, which has already secured three awards and the Grand Prix at the 2020 Drum Social Buzz Awards.
Whilst we’re immensely proud of the recognition we’ve received for this campaign, our biggest achievement is the success of the campaign itself in reducing at-risk behaviours on the railway and preventing life-threatening incidents.
